The results of the Strong Interest Inventory assessment provide you with an in-depth, 21 page report, which will be interpreted in terms of your existing career history and perceived next steps, over an approx. one hour session with a qualified administrator at CMS.

How it works.

2. Check your inbox for the instructions to complete the career assessment online. (they will arrive within 12 hours max)
3. Complete the career assessment as instructed.
4. Receive the results of your assessment via email.
5. Set-up a tele-conference with your Coach to review the results and develop a plan for the next stage of your career.
