Group Workshops
Â
CMS Workshops are customized to your particular group of valued employees, whether they are existing employees, or are about to leave the organization. Â
The aim of our workshops is to empower people to embrace new possibilities, reduce their fears, support each other and inspire a positive morale by providing them with practical tools and proven strategies.
Our workshops are always customized to the group we are working with. However, no matter the group, we always encourage energy, creativity and optimism during our workshops through the sharing of ideas and interaction with group leaders and peers. For groups of 10+.
Resilience in Practice
Resiliency is more than the ability to âbounce back.â It is the capacity to adapt, recover, make effective choices and stay connected to what matters when facing pressure, change and uncertainty.
Resilience in Practice is an interactive, research informed workshop that explores resilience at three interconnected levels: Self, Team and System.
Participants examine how they respond under pressure, develop practical strategies for regulation and recovery, and explore the behaviours and workplace conditions that help teams remain connected, adaptable and effective during challenging times.
Rather than placing the responsibility for resilience solely on the individual, the workshop looks at the shared role we all play in creating resilient workplaces.
Advice-only Financial Coaching
In addition to being available as a financial sounding board to CMS job search candidates, Janet is available to provide friendly, group seminars about a variety of financial topics.
Given the escalating cost of daily living, and the looming economic uncertainties due to the American tariffs, some of your team members may be feeling a little unsettled. If this is the case, you may like to consider offering to them a friendly, helpful webinar to help them find their way and ease their feelings of uncertainty.
Financial webinar topics may include:
Cash flow management, how to make it work in times of uncertainty; Managing Debt; Debt pay off strategies; Investing Basics; Savings methods and accounts; Retirement planning including, when to start CPP and OAS; What is a TFSA? Should I have one?; Do I need a Will? What is a Power of Attorney agreement?; How to reduce tax; Small Business Cash Flow Basics.
Résume Writing Best Practices
