About CMS-FLEX Outplacement Programs

 CMS-FLEX Programs are offered to give HR teams the opportunity to build customized programs that support individuals according to their personal circumstances, as well as available budget.

Individual coaching by the session, is offered according to the level and experience of the employee. Our high-performance, life and career coaches support people through various life challenges, as well as through various stages of career transition. Coaching session topics may include:

  • Resiliency to change (ie. job loss)
  • Life / relationships / grief management
  • Personal goal setting
  • Career goal setting
  • Current rĂ©sumĂ© critique
  • LinkedIn profile critique
  • Interview preparation
  • RĂ©sumĂ© marketing strategies.

A minimum number of coaching sessions is required to enable, at the very least, personal follow-up to the issues discussed in the first session(s).  However, we do offer a recommended number of sessions to provide sufficient time to help with the implementation of an effective job search, and to address personal feelings and issues that are sure to arise as a result.

Optional Add-ons

In addition to the personal coaching sessions, HR Manager's may then choose to provide:

  • Private Career Assessment and Consultation

and / or

  • Professional RĂ©sumĂ© Writing

All participants of either these add-on services will be granted:

  • Access to The Canadian Career Management System, our in-depth and online job search assistance program.
