A Vision for What's Next - an Inspiring Workshop for Teams

HR and Team Leaders; as you plan for your December staff gatherings or January 2027 kick-off, CMS is pleased to offer 'A Vision for What's Next'; a fun and creative workshop facilitated by Carlayne, our Senior Program Coach and Program Coaching Director. 

This three-hour experience gives employees time to reflect on the past year, explore their personal and professional priorities, and create a vision board for the year ahead. Each participant also leaves with a practical and personal 30-day action plan.

Combining guided reflection, creativity and relaxed conversation, this workshop offers a thoughtful way to recognize your people, have some fun and encourage connection and productivity as a team, during a time in our collective history that many consider overbearing.

The experience can be tailored to your group, with practical goal-setting or more reflective activities. No artistic experience is required, and personal sharing is always optional. Please connect with me for more detail.
