As you may be aware, this year I published a book based on the experience I have developed over the last 30 years in the outplacement business, and the proprietary program CMS uses to support to our job seekers.

The original goal of publishing the book was to bring practical support through a step-by-step program to those in the general public who truly need meaningful help in launching their own successful job searches.

However, some HR colleagues have expressed interest in having the chance to purchase books for groups of employees when the provision of outplacement services is not an option.

And so, we have decided to add The Empowered Job Seeker book to the list of CMS services available to our valued HR clients!

For Layoffs of 25+

The Empowered Job Seeker was developed for any job seeker not provided with outplacement services by their employer and is based on our Canadian Career Management System© which all CMS candidates have access to online during their participation in any of our traditional outplacement programs.

For groups of 25 or more, we are happy to offer you copies of the book at our author direct discount price from the publisher. It can also be purchased as an add-on to any regular CMS outplacement program if you feel a hard copy of our program will suit the learning style of some of your outgoing employees better.
