As you know, the specialty at CMS is providing quality outplacement and career transition services to the employees who you unfortunately must part ways with.  In recent years however, we have added a few other services to our menu in response to the needs of our HR clients.

One of our most popular services is our High-Performance Coaching program for valued existing employees.

The objective of our High-Performance Coaching programs is to help your team members overcome their limiting beliefs and increase their self-awareness, inspiring them to develop fresh mindsets, and a new motivation to fully achieve the results at work (and in their lives) that they are capable of.

By exploring patterns and reasons for past attitudes and behaviours, we build awareness, create intentions and develop practical tools and strategies to permanently turn limiting beliefs and behaviours into empowering ones.

How does it work?

First, we develop a predetermined goal through an initial assessment to understand the core reasons for current attitudes and behaviours.  

We then develop a customized series of meetings designed to refocus one’s mindset and create accountability for the prescribed daily tools and strategies - tools and strategies that are designed to ensure positive changes in attitudes and behaviours are sustainable long term.

The focus of our High-Performance Coaching Program is to build self-awareness and emotional intelligence, resulting in your team member's ability to:

  • Have a deeper understanding and awareness of themselves.
  • Address roadblocks and implement strategies to overcome them.
  • Build strong Emotional Intelligence to increase self-control, better understand others and learn how to engage with people in all situations.
  • Resolve conflicts and understand what they can control vs. what they can’t.
  • Identify and address limiting beliefs which do not positively serve their life or work.
  • Build core confidence by exploring individual strengths, reinforcing self-worth.
  • Identify individual needs and how to meet them in empowering ways.
  • Identify goals and create clear action plans to meet them.
  • Create sustainable change, not just at work, but in every area of their life by implementing daily strategies and tools.
  • Move forward with a new mindset and self-identity after exploring past traumas or experiences that may need to be healed.
  • Clarify and align their values with action, building behaviour habits through accountability.
