For our HR Colleagues - Introducing, CMS-FLEX Outplacement Programs

 At CMS we strive to keep our ears open to the needs and wants of our HR colleagues when it comes to outplacement and career transition support for outgoing team members.

As you may recall, this past November we introduced a wider variety of options regarding our flag-ship Full-Service Outplacement Program – which nicely complement our existing Virtual, Basic and Basic + Outplacement Programs. 

However, beginning on April 1^st, we are taking our offerings one step further with the introduction of ‘CMS-FLEX Programs’.

The CMS FLEX-Program essentially gives you control in building your own program according to the individual needs and circumstances of your employee, as well as your budgets.
